Turnkey Intelligence, the MVP in full-service research and data analytics for major league sports teams, brands, and agencies, needed a digital presence that matched its leadership in driving data-driven decisions.

The mission was clear—transform their outdated platform into a vibrant, user-friendly hub that embodied the innovative and data-driven spirit of Turnkey’s work. This wasn’t just a redesign; it was about blending the strengths of two powerhouse brands to create a seamless, forward-thinking experience for their audience.

I embraced the creative challenge of merging Turnkey and MarketCast’s distinct identities, channeling passion and precision into building a platform that inspires and empowers. This project wasn’t just about a redesign—it was about tackling deep-rooted challenges that were holding Turnkey Intelligence back from playing at the top of their game. Their old website was a patchwork of outdated design, lacking the visual impact needed to stand out in the big leagues. It struggled to align with the bold and modern branding of its new partner, MarketCast Group, creating a disconnect that diluted its message.

The busy layout and overuse of irrelevant, dated visuals only added to the problem, leaving users overwhelmed and disengaged. Compounding these issues was the lack of an authoritative design identity, which compromised the site’s ability to effectively communicate Turnkey’s value to its audience. On top of that, the static and clunky user experience made navigating the site feel like running into a defensive line.

The challenge was clear—bridge the gap between Turnkey and MarketCast’s identities while delivering a complete overhaul. It was about creating a platform that wasn’t just functional but also visually striking, user-focused, and aligned with the cutting-edge, data-driven ethos of both brands. Every detail had to be reimagined to enhance engagement and showcase the power of their combined strengths. This project was a masterclass in turning obstacles into opportunities and delivering results that elevate the entire brand experience.

The first play in the game plan was bridging the brand gap between Turnkey Intelligence and MarketCast Group. By carefully blending Turnkey’s reputation for analytical precision with MarketCast’s vibrant, audience-focused approach, a crafted unified identity was created that resonated with both brands’ values. This transformation involved designing a bold yet cohesive color palette, integrating consistent iconography, and aligning their communication styles.

For the solution on CMS, it was decided to use WordPress as the platform MVP, utilizing its flexibility and robust capabilities to ensure seamless integration. The result was a partnership that felt natural and seamless, amplifying their collective strengths while presenting a clear and authoritative message to their audience. This strategic alignment set the stage for a digital presence that’s as dynamic and engaging as a championship-winning playbook.

UX and Design Tools: Precision Engineering for User Experience

The customer journey was just as important as the destination. To ensure every user interaction with the Turnkey Intelligence platform was seamless and engaging, I harnessed a powerful suite of UX and design tools.

The toolkit featured Figma for collaborative design, enabling rapid iteration and precision. Adobe XD was the go-to for prototyping, allowing me to refine user flows with ease. Additionally, Hotjar provided invaluable real-time user feedback, ensuring the design choices were informed by actual user behavior.

By strategically employing these tools, we crafted a user experience that is not only visually appealing but also intuitive and responsive, much like a well-choreographed performance that keeps the audience captivated.

Data Analytics and Insights: Turning Numbers into Narratives

Data shaped every decision we made for Turnkey Intelligence. Leveraging tools like Tableau and Google Analytics, we analyzed user behavior and platform performance to uncover key trends. Custom dashboards provided real-time insights, empowering swift, informed decisions. This data-driven approach not only fine-tuned the user experience but also fueled business growth by turning information into impactful strategies.

The redesign was all about action, energy, and immersive storytelling—just like the thrill of a live game. Partnering with the design team, I brought a sports-inspired edge to the visuals, creating elements that feel alive and in motion. Journey line strokes raced across pages like playbook diagrams in action, guiding users through the site with purpose and flow. Motion graphics, such as footballs heading toward the goal zone, added a spark of excitement. These dynamic visuals didn’t just catch the eye—they pulled users into the experience, making navigation feel like being part of the team.

Every visual element carried the DNA of the MarketCast Group brand identity. Each page was built with flexibility in mind, allowing seamless expansion while keeping the site’s identity consistent and strong—like a team working together toward a championship. This all-out visual strategy turned the website into a dynamic arena for engagement. Depth and motion weren’t just aesthetic choices; they were tools to connect with users on an emotional level, delivering the energy and clarity of a well-executed game plan. Getting Game-Ready

My role was to help Turnkey Intelligence redefine its visual and strategic foundation. I led Art Direction and conducted Brand and Competitive Audits to establish a cohesive strategy, creating Digital Brand Guidelines that unified the brand’s identity across social strategy and user interactions. I developed the type, color palette, grid system, and UX strategy to ensure the design was both bold and functional while using vision boards to align the team on the overarching creative vision.

I also shaped Verbal Guidelines to strengthen the brand’s voice, crafted engaging Web and App Copy, and guided the Web Redesign to deliver a seamless and impactful digital experience. Blending creativity with structure, my work laid the groundwork for a brand that inspires connection and growth.

As Creative Director, I oversaw each stage, blending creative vision with technical precision to deliver a microsite that captured MarketCast’s brand identity while elevating the user experience. This streamlined process ensured Turnkey Intelligence’s digital transformation exceeded expectations.

The first step in the project was to develop a strategic roadmap that outlined the project goals and deliverables. Understanding the challenges of Turnkey Intelligence’s outdated website, I focused on aligning the redesign with MarketCast’s branding and the needs of the target audience. The planning phase included consultations with stakeholders to gather insights and assess pain points. Clear milestones and a phased timeline were defined, ensuring a smooth workflow.

The design iterations focused on integrating MarketCast’s updated brand identity, using sleek typography, a bold color palette, and engaging motion graphics. Detailed comparisons with the existing site highlighted the transformation, providing clear visual proof of progress.

Through comprehensive rebranding, the team introduced a fresh, cohesive design aligned with MarketCast’s updated branding. By leveraging WordPress, they ensured greater flexibility and efficiency during development, allowing seamless integration with MarketCast’s existing architecture.

The redesign elevated the user experience by incorporating dynamic visuals and immersive elements, such as motion graphics and bold layouts that echoed Turnkey’s mission. Updated branding features—color palettes, typography, and imagery—infused the site with a modern, professional aesthetic while emphasizing functionality. The new portal login structure further streamlined user navigation, creating a hub that’s both intuitive and visually engaging.

Another key achievement was the integration of social media strategies. This boosted organic traffic and deepened user engagement significantly, reinforcing Turnkey Intelligence’s digital footprint.
