My role in this project was to lead and build a platform that aligns with Scriptera’s bold vision. The task? Take hundreds of spreadsheets’ worth of untapped data and transform it into an intuitive, versatile, and actionable tool for pharma vendors, clinics, and physicians. With zero-cost partnerships as their trademark, Scriptera aims to redefine trust by putting companies in full control of their opportunities and data utilities—the design had to embody these values at every level.
This project wasn’t just about software; it was about creating a bridge between complex analytics and everyday usability. By crafting a highly customizable platform, the team and I ensured that pharmacies and their partners could easily access meaningful insights, make critical compliance decisions, and identify strategic growth opportunities without unnecessary complexity or commitment.

Turning Data Overwhelm into User-Friendly Insights
This project wasn’t just about a redesign—it was about tackling deep-rooted challenges that were holding Turnkey Intelligence back from playing at the top of their game. Their old website was a patchwork of outdated design, lacking the visual impact needed to stand out in the big leagues. It struggled to align with the bold and modern branding of its new partner, MarketCast Group, creating a disconnect that diluted its message.
The busy layout and overuse of irrelevant, dated visuals only added to the problem, leaving users overwhelmed and disengaged. Compounding these issues was the lack of an authoritative design identity, which compromised the site’s ability to effectively communicate Turnkey’s value to its audience. On top of that, the static and clunky user experience made navigating the site feel like running into a defensive line.
The challenge was clear—bridge the gap between Turnkey and MarketCast’s identities while delivering a complete overhaul. It was about creating a platform that wasn’t just functional but also visually striking, user-focused, and aligned with the cutting-edge, data-driven ethos of both brands. Every detail had to be reimagined to enhance engagement and showcase the power of their combined strengths. This project was a masterclass in turning obstacles into opportunities and delivering results that elevate the entire brand experience.

When faced with big challenges, big ideas are a must. For Scriptera, our solution started with one guiding principle—simplicity without compromise. We knew the key was to build a platform that could make even the most complex pharmaceutical data feel accessible and actionable, all while keeping users in full control.
Innovative UX/UI Design
To tackle the complexity of pharmaceutical analytics, we designed a clean, intuitive interface that simplifies navigation and prioritizes ease of use for all audiences. Every feature and interaction was thoughtfully crafted to ensure users—from pharmacists to decision-makers—could find exactly what they needed, when they needed it, and act confidently on the insights provided.
Customizable CMS
A standout part of the solution was the creation of a custom CMS that allows for seamless, dynamic data integration. This technology ensures the platform adapts to each partner pharmacy’s needs, delivering tailored insights without the frustration of rigid, one-size-fits-all tools. Users could effortlessly customize their dashboards and workflows, making the platform work for them—not the other way around.
Aligning with Zero-Cost Partnerships
We aligned every layer of the design with Scriptera’s zero-cost partnership model, maintaining the values of trust, transparency, and ownership. Our goal was to create a platform that didn’t just deliver value—it empowered users to control how and when that value was unlocked.

This solution wasn’t achieved in isolation. It was the product of constant collaboration between our design team, developers, and Scriptera stakeholders. By maintaining open communication and rapid iteration cycles, we ensured the platform was perfectly aligned with both the technical requirements and Scriptera’s long-term mission.

Streamlined Preparation for Seamless Execution
The project began with a focused kickoff meeting to align goals, set clear expectations, and map out a detailed timeline. I closely collaborated with the project manager and development team to address technical constraints early, ensuring smooth integration of design and functionality. Leading a team of designers, I provided guidance and upheld consistency across workflows.
Key milestones were met efficiently within the four-week timeframe. By balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, we ensured every detail supported the overall vision—laying the foundation for a user-focused, data-driven platform ready to deliver results.
(UX DESIGN STRATEGIES)
Crafting Intuitive, Personalized Experiences Through Smart Design
The Scriptera platform was built with a singular focus—empowering users through intuitive and customizable design. By tailoring each interaction to meet specific needs, the plan was to create a solution that adapts dynamically to diverse user groups, from super admins to general users.
Key features include fully customizable dashboards, allowing users to personalize layouts, color schemes, and data widgets. This ensures the platform reflects individual brand identities while staying functional and user-friendly. Interactive elements, like drag-and-drop navigation and detailed data visualization tools, simplify complex workflows and ensure data remains actionable.
For administrators, tools were strategically designed to manage and automate workflows efficiently, including automated report sharing tailored to recipient lists. Meanwhile, general users benefit from intuitive navigation, seamless access to insights, and aesthetic touches like personalized themes that prioritize usability without sacrificing style.
Every design element—customizable widgets, fluid grid structures, and navigational tools—was crafted to deliver a seamless and engaging experience. This thoughtful approach to UX ensures that all users can confidently engage with the platform to unlock its full value.
Wireframes / Prototypes
Version 1.0 – All the necessary data points are positioned in accordance to the UX strategy and interaction guidance
Version 2.0 – Due to the data’s ability to be changed dynamically, each data widget must be equal in size and structure to allow a proper responsive and flowable grid structure.
Version 3 – Due to the need to increase the amount of viewable data, I streamlined the grid structure, removing unnecessary data points and increasing the grid allowance
Customizable Data Widgets
Users can easily customize their dashboards as new data flows in from partnered vendors. With a simple toggle, they can select the data sets they need, instantly updating their view for seamless, real-time access to the information that matters most.
Interactive and Detailed Data Reports
Users can quickly access detailed insights, from national usage data and fill distributions by city, state, or zip code, to profiles of subscribing pharmacists and doctors. They can uncover how often and where drugs are being distributed, identify top prescription writers, and ensure greater accountability in medicinal use.
Customizable Navigation, Tool Bars and Sidebars
The fluid grid and intuitive drag-and-drop features empower users and admins to organize content effortlessly, arranging it both vertically and horizontally to suit their preferences. Plus, customizable toolbars can be collapsed or shown as needed, maximizing space and keeping the platform focused on the data that matters most.
Automated Report Management & Sharing
A top-requested feature was the ability to automate popular drug reports, making them accessible on the platform and scheduling them to be emailed at specific dates and times. Additionally, I introduced the option to customize recipient lists, enabling seamless sharing of live and automated data reports with the right audience.

Collaborative Success with a Vision for the Future
Wrapping up development ahead of an exciting Q4 2021 launch, this project sets the stage for ongoing innovation, user-centric enhancements, and strategic efficiency.
The completion of this project highlights the remarkable collaboration, creativity, and precision that went into its success. Working with the Scriptera team has been an incredibly rewarding experience, as we worked seamlessly together to bring an exceptional product to life. With the project in its final stages of development, we are gearing up for an exciting Q4 2021 launch, which represents our collective dedication and hard work.
Following the launch, our efforts will focus on analyzing user behavior and gathering data to uncover the most valuable features and refine the platform. This ongoing process will allow for continuous improvements and ensure the platform consistently delivers an outstanding user experience. Our dedication to evolving and adapting the product guarantees its long-term success and relevance.
Leading this initiative was a rewarding challenge, involving oversight of over 75 screen variations and developing an interactive guide and comprehensive requirements that shaped the product’s development. Through close collaboration with key stakeholders, we not only met project objectives but also achieved a significant 17% under-budget profit margin. I’m eager to see how the project continues to grow and evolve, building on the strong foundations we’ve laid.
